David Mocholí, Aviation Director at Nommon and project coordinator, participated in the elaboration of the article by explaining how ITACA has developed a set of methodologies and tools enabling the assessment of policies and regulations aimed at accelerating the uptake of new technologies for air traffic management (ATM).
